When we need help, we can trust in God to help us. It is a very simple concept to know in our heads, but a difficult one to sink into our hearts and practice continually. 

Many times we coast along through life depending upon our own abilities to take care of situations that need to be addressed. However, when we hit a wall and are unable to break through, we cry out to God as a last resort. We should continually lift our eyes up to the One who will help us, keeping our eyes on Him, and not our problems.
